• Developing and implements production scheduling for all shifts
• Communicating with customers/suppliers (verbal and written) regarding schedules
• Purchases materials using supplier contracts for MRO items, packaging items, and miscellaneous items
• Responsible for the coordination of all raw materials
• Communicating material needs to suppliers
• Analyzing materials and inventory to improve established processes and KPIs
• Ensuring accurate information in the QAD system
• Ongoing communication with customers
• Assists materials team with inventory control activities
• Ensures warehouse organization and housekeeping is maintained.
• Must be computer literate on the Windows platform to communicate with necessary customers and suppliers
• Other duties as assigned by the management team

  Bachelors Degree

  Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Bi‑lingual in Spanish is a bonus
