Production Team Lead

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PRODUCTION TEAM LEAD IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Team Lead to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records. The ideal candidate will possess strong Leadership and team coordination skills, effective communication and problem‑solving abilities, and more listed below.

• Starting at $18-$19.50
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 3:00 pm‑11:30 pm, Mon‑Friday
• Located in Indianapolis, Indiana

• Lead and oversee production team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and adjust staffing as needed
• Train, coach, and support employees on equipment, processes, and procedures
• Enforce safety rules and company policies consistently
• Conduct station audits for matching quantities
• Communicate production goals, issues, and results to supervisors and managers
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment or process issues
• Support continuous improvement, 5S, and lean initiatives

• Strong Leadership and team coordination skills
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Basic computer skills for reporting and tracking production data
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to lift, push, maneuver 50 lbs. as required
• Comfortable working in warehouse environments (may include varying temperatures)
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
