Starting Rate of pay: $21.10/hour
Shift Availability: 1st shift 5am-3pm, 3rd shift 9pm-7am
Responsibilities- Safety is #1 priority: a condition of employment which entails following and enforcing plantwide safety procedures, environmental regulations, and guidelines for the safety of all employees and for the environment.
- Ensure that the press continues to run.
- Retrieve racks on wheels.
- Set oven to correct temperature and time.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Required Education/
Experience:
- No High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Skills/
Qualifications:
- Must meet all minimal physical requirements.
- High involvement in floor activities.
- Must be certified forklift operator.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with subordinates, co‑workers, supervisors, and managers in both written and verbal form.
- Must be able to understand and follow all instructions: both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work with other team members and departments.
