Overview

1st Shift - CNC Setup Operator — Clermont, IN | $26–$32/hr | Mon–Fri, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm | Direct Hire

This is a straight first shift position with no mandatory overtime. Voluntary overtime is available on weekdays and occasional Saturdays if you want extra income.

• Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes, mills, and turning centers
• Produce precision pump components to close tolerances
• Work a variety of parts and setups — no two days are exactly the same
• Read and interpret engineering prints including GD&T
• Use precision measurement instruments — micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Work independently with minimal supervision

• 3–5 years of machining experience
• Able to perform difficult setups and run machines independently
• Comfortable reading engineering prints with GD&T
• Skilled with precision measuring instruments
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade or technical certification a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
