07:30 AM – 07:30 PM Day/Night

• Perform operational or quality tasks supporting coating, blasting, masking, plating, chamber operations, and other production processes in accordance with job instructions and SOPs.
• Carry out various responsibilities depending on the specific role; may include quality evaluations, operating equipment, coating parts, or leading a team in a production environment.

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to follow work instructions, technical procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays as required by production needs.
