Machine Operator – Fremont, INPay: $20 per hour.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 6:00pm; possible half day on Fridays during busy production periods.
- Set up and operate thread rolling and/or heading machines.
- Select proper dies based on job specifications.
- Perform die changes and tooling adjustments.
- Troubleshoot machine and setup issues with maintenance or engineering support.
- Follow safety standards and production procedures.
- Inspect products to ensure blueprint requirements are met.
- Utilize micrometers and calipers for accurate measurements.
- Blueprint reading experience required.
- Experience using micrometers and calipers.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures.
- Can stand and bend throughout a 12‑hour shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
