Now Hiring Production Fabrication Technician

Location:

Rome City, Indiana

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay: $17.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $18.00 per hour upon direct hire based on performance.

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Fabrication Technician to join our growing team in Rome City. • Fabricate and assemble products according to blueprints and work instructions
• Operate power tools including drills, band saws, drill presses, and grinders
• Read and accurately use a tape measure to 1/16 inch increments
• Interpret blueprints and follow production specifications
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Maintain production supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Operate a forklift safely when required
• Perform light maintenance tasks and assist in other production areas as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work independently as well as part of a team to meet production goals

• Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions
• Experience using common fabrication and power tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new skills and cross‑train in multiple areas
