Job Description

The Summer Help program offers temporary, entry‑level manufacturing positions at Master Brand Cabinets throughout the summer months. You will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where adaptability and quick thinking are key. Cross‑training is encouraged, allowing you to broaden your skill set and contribute to teamwork and collaboration. Safety is a priority; you will maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your co‑workers.

You will grow within a fast‑paced manufacturing setting while demonstrating a proactive attitude toward mastering new processes and enhancing efficiency.

3rd Shift hours are approximately 8:00PM – 6:30AM, Monday through Thursday.

Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, driving teamwork and collaboration. Focus on safety, cross‑training, and continuous improvement. Support production efficiency and process mastery.

• Ability to read measurements, work with or calculate numbers, and use handheld tools including pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, hot glue guns, and power drills.
• Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and be able to work overtime as needed.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in assembly or a production‑oriented environment.
• Physically demanding work; ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50lbs; ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (10–12hours).
• Selected candidates may be evaluated for additional production‑related roles based on business needs.
