What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will support and participate incurrent and new safety, quality and lean initiatives / policies as business needs arise
  • Additionally, you will read, understand, and use Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Job-Safety Analysis’ (JSA), and schedules to accomplish daily production tasks
  • You possess the ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment where priorities may shift
  • Youwill be expected to perform all functions related to machine turnaroundand preparation for Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) 3D printers
  • Youhave proven experience working with basic shop tools and hand tools
  • Further, you will be expected to trouble shoot operational issues and relay critical information to the team
  • Youwill be tasked with basic ordering of supplies and shipping products onceproduction is completed
What makes you great
  • A High School diploma / GED is required. Advanced degrees or technical certifications are a plus but not required
  • You have a minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing experience
  • It is preferred that you have experience in Additive Manufacturingor working with metal powders but not required
  • Moreover, you must have a basic understanding of machine tools (milling, lathe, drill press, etc.)
  • You have experience working in a technicalcapacity with a manufacturing focus
  • You display organizational skills with attention to detail and are self-motivated
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Suite are preferred for this role
