Molding​/Production Operator - 2nd shift

Location: Scottsburg

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in plastic injection molding, is seeking a Molding/Production Operator - 2nd shift to join their dedicated team. As a Molding/Production Operator - 2nd shift, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting quality assurance and efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to work, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $16.50*
* ** Shift:
** 2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

** What's the Job?*
* + Monitor products coming off injection molding machines for defects and quality standards

+ Check products against visual examples for correctness and defects

+ Pack products according to written instructions and packing standards

+ Perform trimming of excess fragments from molded parts

+ Count and load finished products for shipment or further processing

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or GED equivalent

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing or industrial production

+ Knowledge of plastic injection molding presses and quality checks

+ Ability to perform visual inspections and basic trimming

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
