First Shift Monday through Thursday 630 AM to 430 PM

Pay $16.10 per hour

Now hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a Spray Line Operator General Labor position on second shift.

All new hires begin as General Labor and receive cross training in multiple areas of production.

This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and grow within a manufacturing environment.

• Load and unload parts onto a conveyor line for powder coating
• Prepare materials for the powder coating process
• Monitor the production line to keep work flowing efficiently
• Perform basic quality inspections
• Assemble and package finished products
• Operate production equipment safely
• Keep the work area clean and organized

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift and handle parts throughout the day
• Willingness to learn multiple production areas
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment

• Monday through Friday schedule with weekends off
