Spray Line Operator (General Labor)
First shift Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm Pay 16.10 per hour.
We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for General Labor Spray Line Operator positions. All new hires are brought in under a general labor classification and cross‑trained in multiple areas of production.
What You Will Do- Load and unload parts onto a conveyor line for powder coating
- Prepare materials for the spray process
- Monitor the production line and ensure smooth workflow
- Perform basic quality checks and inspections
- Assemble and pack finished goods
- Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle parts throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn multiple areas of production
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Stable 1st shift schedule
- Opportunity to learn multiple production roles
