When the lights glow and the lines hum, you are the anchor. You set the tone for safety, quality, and delivery, keeping the plant moving and the team growing.
Schedule and compensation6:00 PM–6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (Work 2 days, Off 2 days, Work 3 days, then the schedule flips)

Time-and-a-half after 40 hours worked in a week
On the standard schedule, those at the top of the range can earn approximately $88,000+ annually before any additional overtimeA night in the role
You arrive with a plan—production schedules aligned, staffing set, priorities clear. As orders run, you balance throughput with quality, adjust for changeovers, and keep customer commitments front and center. You coach operators on best practices, approve timecards, track attendance, complete performance feedback and reviews, and handle corrective actions when needed. When issues arise, you partner closely with Maintenance and Quality to troubleshoot, reduce downtime, and stabilize the process.
