Dauch Corporation is seeking a 1st Finishing Operator to operate and maintain production equipment while prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental standards. The role includes following SOPs, participating in 5S, and supporting continuous improvement across modules.
You will work with the crew supervisor and module leaders, perform line checks, and assist with changeovers as needed. This position requires lifting 30+ lbs and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
