JELD-WEN - - Responsibilities:
Assist the Production Supervisor with daily operations to improve safety, quality, reliability, and productivity;
Take over Production Supervisor duties in their absence;
Be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision;
Maintain MDI and hour-by-hour boards;
Complete shift turnover and ensure schedules are adhered to, escalating issues as needed;
Submit SIOs and corrective actions daily and communicate professionally with all personnel;
Report unsafe conditions to supervision and maintain a safe working environment;
Hold self and associates accountable to JELD-WEN policies and procedures;
Conform with safety regulations per plant policies and OSHA guidelines;
Perform other duties as assigned
