Requirements:
- At least one year of machine-operating experience
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Steel-toed shoes required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends
- Commitment to workplace safety
Job Duties:
- Operate manual and powered manufacturing equipment
- Produce blown-film products
- Use measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts
- Stage equipment and resin
- Stock production materials
- Complete required data entry
- Perform housekeeping and basic operator maintenance
- Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Collaborate with other departments as needed

As a Manufacturing Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
