Pay: $28.00–$40.00+/hr (Based on Experience)

Schedule: 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM (32-Hour Work Week + Fridays as Needed)

Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in Hartford City, IN

• Build, repair, and maintain single-hit and progressive stamping dies
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Set up and operate manual machine tools including lathes, mills, grinders, and shapers
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions
• Recommend and execute tooling design improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on new and existing tooling projects
• Support die tryouts and production launches
• Order tooling components, materials, and shop supplies as needed
• Create and maintain tooling documentation and drawings

• Previous Tool & Die Maker experience required
• Experience with metal stamping and progressive dies preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and machining skills
• Ability to work with tight tolerances and precision measurements
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  
  Mechanical Engineering degree or related education is a plus
