Rise N Roll Bakery in Middlebury, IN is seeking a Sanitation Team Lead for the graveyard shift. You will supervise the sanitation team, enforce safe work practices, and ensure we meet all Food Safety Standards throughout the site.
The role focuses on minimizing pre-operational deficiencies, reducing product loss, and optimizing water and air usage. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma and be able to work Sunday through Friday, 6:00 pm–2:30 am, with HACCP certification preferred.
