Requirements- At least one year of machine-operating experience
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Steel-toed shoes required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Operate manual and powered manufacturing equipment
- Produce blown-film products
- Use measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts
- Stage equipment and resin
- Stock production materials
- Complete required data entry
- Perform housekeeping and basic operator maintenance
Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures - Collaborate with other departments as needed
