As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll receive hands-on training while assembling, configuring, testing, and preparing world-class CNC machine tools for customers around the globe. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience or a technical education who enjoy troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

This is a full-time, first shift role on the Northwest side of Indianapolis.

• Install and test machine options and accessories according to established procedures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical components on CNC machine tools.
• Perform machine testing to verify performance, identify defects, and make necessary adjustments.
• Document mechanical issues and material discrepancies.
• Prepare completed machines for shipment by securing them to skids and applying protective packaging.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (forklift experience is a plus).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• 2+ years of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, maintenance, or related experience or an Associate degree in a technical field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and procedures.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift, move, and work around large industrial equipment.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Starting pay begins at $21.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
