OFS is looking for a finish floater that possesses a good eye for color and solid hand–eye coordination who can team up with others and jump into any finish‑area task—whether that’s spraying, inspecting, sealing, sanding, or repairs. Training is available for stains, glazes, wash coats, lacquers, and repairs.
Responsibilities- Must have an eye for color
- Possess good hand/eye coordination
- Ability to work well with co‑workers and supervisors
- Flexibility to work in all areas of finish, spraying, inspection, sealer sanding, and repair
- Ability to meet quality specifications and standards
- Experience with or ability to be trained in stain, glaze, wash coat, lacquer and repair
- Must be able to work independently without immediate supervision
