Responsible for supervision of coating process to meet company and customer expectations. Involves managing workforce to meet or exceed production demands within expected time frames. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Employee has the responsibility and authority to control quality.
Requirements Responsibilities and AuthorityTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the principal duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
- Must be able to operate measuring devices (i.e. tape measure)
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend repeatedly during the entire production shift. Additional physical demands include: reaching and occasionally being able to lift up to 60 pounds.
