CNC Machine Operator
We are looking for an experienced self-motivated CNC Operator, pay based on experience!

CNC Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 to $30.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:00pm to 01:15am)
- Set up CNC machining equipment, including lathes and milling machines, ensuring proper calibration and tooling installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Operate machines by loading and unloading parts, adjusting settings and monitoring processes.
- Perform machine troubleshooting, adjustments, and routine maintenance to optimize performance.
- Verify finished work-piece conformance to specifications using measurement tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of setup procedures, production logs, and inspection reports.
CNC Machine Operator
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC lathes and milling machines; familiarity with Fanuc controls is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages including G-code.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of machining tools, calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measurement instruments.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to machining tolerances, and quality control procedures.
- Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards for precise part fabrication.
