** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Perform a variety of quarry support duties to maintain safe and efficient operations.
+ Assist with equipment clean-up, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
+ Support crushing, screening, and material handling processes as needed.
+ Conduct workplace inspections and address housekeeping needs throughout the site.
+ Follow safety procedures while collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
** What Are We Looking For*
* + Demonstrated ability to work safely in a heavy industrial or outdoor environment.
+ Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn equipment operation and maintenance tasks.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to perform a variety of responsibilities.
+ Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team.
+ Reliable work ethic with the flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment*
* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
