Dexter, based in Elkhart, Indiana, seeks a Receiving Associate to unload, move, and stage incoming materials and coordinate with Receiving, Production, Shipping, and Inventory Control to keep material flow efficient.
You will operate overhead/bridge cranes (when trained), perform crane inspections, and follow OSHA/HSE safety rules. A high school diploma and OSHA crane certification are required, with 3–5 years in a manufacturing setting preferred.
