- Count Inventory (60%)
- Run inventory report to review product on hand.
- Set up cycle counts in JDE, select items to count, and create cycle count records.
- Go to floor and count inventory (finished goods, raw materials, bulk) with RFGen gun.
- Input counts into the system, review variances, investigate discrepancies.
- Submit investigation findings to management for review.
- Investigate Shipments (15%)
- Investigate shipment errors (over/under shipments) by reviewing inventory levels.
- Perform cycle count for affected items.
- Reply to inquiries with investigation findings.
- Monitor and Investigate In‑Process Transaction Moves (20%)
- Correct discrepancies using cycle counts, transfers, inventory issues, etc.
- Adjust location balances when operators are off.
- Complete daily transactions to remove damaged inventory from the warehouse.
- Coordinate Annual Physical Inventory Count (5%)
- Work with management team and plant employees to assist with physical count.
- Process counts as received and submit to management for review.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ Years warehouse experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience utilizing ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards).
- Experience in an inventory position highly desired.
- Able to use basic math for inventory counts.
- Read and interpret directions and order details.
- Communicate in writing and verbally.
- Operate forklift safely.
- Operate RFGen Gun.
- Learn new computer skills and programs quickly.
- Provide reasonable accommodations for disabilities if needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements- Must pass pre‑employment physical.
- Lift:
Lift/carry minimum 50 pounds. - Push/Pull:
Push or pull 50 pounds. - Stand:
Stand 80% of the day. - Sit:
Sit 20% of the day. - Twist/Bend:
Twist or bend 50% of the day. - Squat/Climb/Crawl:
Squat, climb, or crawl 20% of the day.
