• Assemble furniture components using fabric, foam, wood, and hardware
• Use hand tools and air tools (staple guns, glue systems, etc.)
• Read work tickets and follow build instructions
• Inspect your own work to meet quality standards
• Problem‑solve when materials or fit issues arise
• Rotate across tasks as needed to support production flow

• Upholstery, assembly, construction, or hands‑on production experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools or willing to learn quickly
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and consistent performance
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Team mindset—communicates and supports others

• On your feet most of the shift (8–10 hours)
• Repetitive hand/arm movement (pulling, stapling, positioning materials)
• Lifting regularly (25–40 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs with support)
• Non‑air‑conditioned production environment
• Fabric dust and standard manufacturing conditions
