TFC, a division of Centurion Industries, Inc., specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of aluminum composite panels. From the ground up, TFC designs, fabricates, and installs wall systems using ALPOLIC® aluminum composite panels as well as ACM panels from other manufacturers. We use these panels to develop free-standing canopies, wall systems, fascias, and walkway covers for a wide variety of applications.

Job Summary

The Second Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading production operations during the second shift, ensuring employees follow established procedures, production schedules stay on track, and quality and safety expectations are met. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep production moving efficiently while supporting team members and resolving issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise second shift production employees and provide direction throughout the shift.
  • Ensure all employees follow company procedures, work instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • Monitor production flow and take action to keep work moving according to schedule.
  • Identify and resolve production issues, equipment concerns, staffing needs, or material shortages in a timely manner.
  • Communicate daily priorities, expectations, and updates clearly to team members.
  • Coordinate with first shift, management, maintenance, quality, and other departments to support smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate shift records, production reports, attendance information, and other required documentation.
  • Coach employees on performance, productivity, safety, and adherence to procedures.
  • Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, maintain consistent enforcement of procedures, support production goals, and communicate issues or concerns promptly. This position plays a key role in keeping second shift productive, safe, organized, and aligned with company expectations.

Position Requirements

Job Requirements /Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar work environment is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established company procedures and hold others accountable to the same standards.
  • Strong understanding of production flow, scheduling, quality expectations, and safety practices.
  • Ability to make sound decisions, solve problems quickly, and respond to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Physically, workers must minimally be able to:
  • See well from a distance and at close range (either naturally or with correction)
  • Push, pull, lift, carry, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or work at heights as required

  • Attendance: Must be dependable and available to work as scheduled.
