Red Gold is seeking a dependable packaging operator to spend 100% on the factory floor, covering breaks, lunches, and vacations in the packaging department. The role emphasizes replacing operators on the production line to maintain throughput, first time quality, safety and schedule attainment.
You will respond to equipment deviations, perform cleaning, assist in training, and support line changeovers, aiming to minimize waste and adhere to GMPs and company policies.
