Read and interpret BOMs, mechanical drawings, work instructions, policies and procedures;
Assemble parts and subassemblies using hand-held, DC and torque tools;
Verify parts before assembly and completed components against specifications using measuring tools;
Meet quality standards and takt-time targets; document discrepancies as needed;
Report part shortages, defects, or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor
