Our Process Saw Operators are responsible for effectively operating their assigned manual saw for custom foam fabrication work. This is considered "light" manufacturing and we will provide training.

What You'll Do:

• Cutting foam with accuracy and in the correct quantity.
• Drawing patterns and marking foam as directed.
• Organizing cut materials in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Lifting and moving materials with proper techniques.
• Observing all safety rules and regulations.

What You Bring:

• A positive attitude towards their coworkers and job.
• Ability to interpret dimensions and perform quick, basic math tasks while focusing on safety
• Ability to understand and follow all company policies and regulations
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Prior saw experience preferred but not required

• Full-time
• Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Based onsite in Mitchell, IN
• Pay starts at $15 an hour but prior experience will be considered
• Air-conditioned work environment
