Manufacturing Associate

Location: Scottsburg

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial production, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $16.50

** Shift:
** 3rd shift: 11pm - 7:30am

** What's the Job?*
* + Monitor product coming off molding machines for defects

+ Check products against visual examples for quality assurance

+ Pack products according to written instructions and packing standards

+ Trim excess fragments from molded parts as needed

+ Count and organize parts for efficient packing and shipping

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or GED

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing or assembly

+ Ability to perform quality checks and operate molding presses

+ Background check and drug test required

+ Willingness to complete a walk-through prior to starting
