Machine Operator - TPO

Job Summary

The Machine Technician is responsible for producing high-quality products through accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of all manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate thrives in environments where safety, quality, service and cost are the highest priorities. The Machine Technician will perform various rotating duties related to all manufacturing operations, supporting managers and plant staff to meet operational goals. Employees will contribute to a highly motivated and positive environment.

The Machine Technician must be familiar with all areas of the process, along with any off‑line equipment associated with the production line. All technicians are responsible for operating safely and monitoring product quality. This role will be in our commercial facility, making TPO products, working a rotating schedule across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.

• Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assure all activities are performed safely.
• Produce high-quality products consistently.
• Generate timely, consistent reports.
• Communicate positively with co‑workers and leaders.

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or safety‑sensitive role.

• Ability to respond to requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Demonstrated intermediate communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Independent problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve production challenges.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite.
• Familiar with standard manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures.
• Mathematical skills – ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to read and interpret measurements.

Base hourly rate: $34.87
