Location:
Indianapolis, INPay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour + Overtime (based on experience)
Job Type: Direct Hire Immediate Hiring Opportunity Exegistics Resource Solutions has partnered with a leading aerospace manufacturer to hire Manufacturing Technicians for immediate direct-hire opportunities in Indianapolis, IN.We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings supporting the production of composite molds, tooling, assemblies, and finished parts in a precision manufacturing environment. Opportunities are available for both entry-level and experienced technicians.
Successful candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Shift Schedules1st
Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM2nd
Shift: 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM3rd
Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM6 weeks of training on 1st Shift
10% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
10 hours of weekly overtime required, with additional overtime available
Weekend and additional hours may be required based on production needs
Key Responsibilities Assemble products and components using hand tools, adhesives, fasteners, and fabrication equipment.
Perform bonding, laminating, vacuum bagging, curing, and tooling-related activities.
Prepare molds and tooling for production.
Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, quality procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
Operate production equipment and maintain accurate production records.
Troubleshoot production and tooling issues while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.
Manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, aerospace, composites, mechanical assembly, or related experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must qualify as a U.S. Person under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR),Multiple Levels Available Manufacturing Technician I:
Entry-level to 1+ years of related experience
Manufacturing Technician II:
Intermediate-level manufacturing experience
Manufacturing Technician III: 5+ years of composite, aerospace, tooling, repair, or related manufacturing experience
