Are you a Production Manager or experienced Production Supervisor from a manufacturing or industrial background, looking to step into a Plant Manager role and put your own stamp on a growing organization?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of plant operations, developing and growing a team of 40 production employees while working directly alongside the General Manager to drive production performance.

This business have built an excellent reputation within their industry and are continuing to invest in their facilities and people. They have an excellent track record of promoting from within, with several senior leaders having progressed from shop-floor positions into management.

In this role, you will receive extensive training, including two weeks at the Baltimore facility and two months alongside the Plant Manager in Indiana. Once trained, you will lead and develop 40 production employees, with four Leads reporting directly to you, taking ownership of scheduling, team performance, hiring, and day-to-day plant operations.

This role would suit a Production Manager or experienced Production Supervisor from a manufacturing or industrial background, looking to step into a Plant Manager role and shape an ever-expanding industry-leader.

• Lead and develop approximately 40 production employees, with four Leads reporting directly to you
• Take ownership of production scheduling, team performance, hiring, and day-to-day operations
• 80% shop floor / 20% office, Monday–Friday day shift, with extensive initial training

• Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Plant Manager, or experienced Production Supervisor
• Manufacturing or industrial background
• Plant/production leadership experience and looking to take ownership of a growing team
