What You'll DoAs a Process Operator / Wastewater Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining systems used to treat and process wastewater. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely while maintaining quality and environmental standards.
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to monitor and respond to system performance.
Key Responsibilities Include- Operate and monitor wastewater treatment systems, including filtration and processing equipment
- Maintain and support operation of the Superfilter and related systems
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues
- Monitor system readings (pH levels, flow rates, etc.) and respond to changes or abnormalities
- Track and record operational data accurately
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation processes (CIP) of equipment
- Support other production or plant operations as needed
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor systems and identify issues
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow processes and respond to changing conditions
- Comfortable working in a production or industrial environment
- Experience with wastewater treatment or industrial processing equipment
- Experience with pumps, valves, filtration systems, or similar equipment
- Familiarity with PLC or HMI systems
- Experience in manufacturing, processing, or plant operations
