- In this role, you will operate complex process equipment in a plant according to training, process documents, and 5S standards
- You will operate and maintain equipment that applies coating and/or plating for aerospace applications
- You will assist maintenance in trouble shooting and correction of equipment malfunctions or repairs and reporting any faults to management and maintenance
- You may be required to inspect parts, use hand tools and make minor and routine adjustments to production equipment without assistance
- You will possess a Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read, comprehend and understand work instructions as well as technical specifications
- You must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Mustbe able to successfully pass the essential job function physical requirements
- You will have the ability tostand, walk, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive handand arm movements while processing, masking, demasking, loading,unloading, inspecting, and packaging customer hardware and materials
- Ability to safely lift and carryup to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- You will work in a production environment that may include exposure to noise, dust, vibration, heat,cold, and industrial chemicals while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to visually inspect parts,materials, and process conditions to identify defects, damage,contamination, or other nonconforming conditions
- Ability to wear safety glasses,hearing protection, gloves, respirators, protective clothing, and otherPPE as required by the task or work area
- You must have all of the above requirements plus you will have a minimum of3 years of experience in a technical role in a manufacturing and/or aerospace environment
