This role works in a controlled cleanroom environment handling sensitive materials and operating production equipment used in cutting-edge technology.

• Operate and monitor production equipment in a cleanroom setting
• Handle materials with care to prevent contamination
• Perform fill room tasks including material prep and process support
• Follow strict cleanroom and safety procedures (gowning, PPE, etc.)
• Inspect parts and materials for quality using microscopes/tools
• Accurately document production steps and lot tracking
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Support team with basic troubleshooting and process improvements

Pay: $20.00

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 3:00pm-11:00pm or 11:00pm-7:00am
* May have training on 1st shift

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or cleanroom experience required
• Experience operating industrial machinery or production equipment
• Experience handling chemicals and/or compressed gases in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable working on your feet and handling small components
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must comply with quality and safety standards
