Our client, an industry leader in agricultural production, is seeking a Corn Sorter to join their team. As a Corn Sorter, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring quality and safety in the sorting process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Shift:
** 2nd shift, 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Safely sort corn, removing waste and discarding damaged or undesirable kernels

+ Ensure only undamaged seed moves forward in the drying process to maintain quality

+ Identify and separate off-type ears, moldy, wet, or insect-damaged corn

+ Maintain cleanliness of the work environment by sweeping and debris removal

+ Follow safety policies and wear appropriate PPE at all times

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse stairs as needed

+ Good eyesight and reliable transportation

+ Clear communication skills in English

+ Ability to work in dusty environments with exposure to corn dust

+ Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE
