Plant Supervisor

Farnsworth Metals/Ray's Recycling seeks a reliable and skilled plant supervisor to join our team. You will play an integral role in running a scrap yard. Management experience preferred. If you have a strong commitment to safety and keen attention to detail, then we would like to hear from you.

• Operate and drive forklifts.
• Inspect equipment for mechanical issues to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain accurate records of daily logs and daily inspections.
• Adhere to all company policies to ensure the safety of all traffic.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding any issues that may arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients and vendors.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Physical fitness to load and unload heavy cargo if required.
