** Your Role at Batesville:**###As a Paint Associate, you will be responsible for painting production items according to work orders, preparing surfaces, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality finishes while supporting team productivity.###

** What You'll Do**###
* Operate and adjust industrial paint sprayers according to work order specifications.
* Clean and prepare parts for painting, ensuring proper surface readiness.
* Load and unload paint booth stacks and prepare parts for inspection.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
* Support team efficiency and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
* Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
* Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
