• Translate technical blueprints and engineering schematics into actionable manufacturing sequences.
• Optimize machine output by performing real-time adjustments and proactive equipment troubleshooting.
• Validate component integrity by utilizing advanced metrology tools to ensure strict adherence to tolerances.
• Maintain a high-efficiency workspace by upholding safety standards and organizational protocols.
• Contribute to operational excellence by identifying process improvements and collaborating on workflow efficiency.
• Support cross-functional production needs, including occasional sheet metal fabrication tasks during machine idle time.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in CNC milling operations and machine setup.
• Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and geometric dimensioning.
• Hands‑on experience with precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain quality standards.

• Technical certification or degree in Machining or Manufacturing Technology.
• Experience with CNC programming and G-code editing.
• Background in high‑precision metal fabrication environments.
