Sewing Operator at our Mitchell, Indiana
location.

This role starts at $15 an hour . Employees may be eligible for increases in the first year based on performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Cutting fabric and sewing with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and getting the best possible yield
• Ensuring sewing equipment is operating correctly
• Other miscellaneous jobs
• Observing all safety rules and regulations

An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job. Must be dependable and flexible. Prior sewing experience strongly preferred. They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations.
