Responsible for overseeing the Inventory Team and ensures the integrity of company Perpetual Inventory Program. Production support to ensure on time customer delivery of a quality product. Plans and conducts Physical Inventory with Inventory Control Leader. Ensures 5S, Lean, and all safety policies by following established operating procedures. Responsible for continuous improvement concerning processes and team members and developing future leaders and succession plan.

Responsible for leading the team; promoting and ensuring compliance to company's Core Values, Mission Statement and Leader qualities. Adhering to LCI's company policies and safety regulations.
