Schedule:

07:00pm to 07:30am. Training will take place on day shift.

• Serve as the primary front-line leader for an assigned production area, providing visible shop-floor leadership, clear direction, and employee support across the full lifecycle, including onboarding, training, development, performance management, and offboarding
• Lead daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people objectives while ensuring production schedules, customer commitments, and operational targets are consistently met
• Coordinate staffing, work assignments, overtime, equipment utilization, and material availability to support daily and weekly production requirements while balancing workforce efficiency and operational needs
• Drive daily management systems through tier meetings, visual management, standard work, and performance reviews; monitor key metrics such as safety, schedule attainment, throughput, productivity, OEE, first-pass yield, scrap, and on-time delivery, escalating risks as needed
• Develop and execute recovery plans to address performance gaps, quality concerns, equipment downtime, staffing shortages, or other operational constraints that could impact production performance or customer delivery commitments
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements, quality standards, process specifications, training expectations, company procedures, and applicable regulatory and export-control requirements
• Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, behaviors, and company expectations while partnering with Human Resources on employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, hiring, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Lead talent development and continuous improvement efforts by driving cross-training, succession planning, Lean initiatives, root cause problem solving, and collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve process capability, equipment reliability, productivity, and overall operational performance

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required
• Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing experience, including meaningful experience as a supervisor, team leader, or other front-line leadership role is required
• Aerospace, defense, advanced production, precision manufacturing, or special process experience is preferred
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Flight Deck, Daily Management, or another continuous improvement operating system is preferred
• Previous supervisory experience in a multi-shift or 24/7 manufacturing environment is preferred
• You will have the ability tostand, walk, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive handand arm movements while processing, masking, demasking, loading,unloading, inspecting, and packaging customer hardware and materials
• Ability to safely lift and carryup to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• You will work in a production environment that may include exposure to noise, dust, vibration, heat,cold, and industrial chemicals while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to visually inspect parts,materials, and process conditions to identify defects, damage,contamination, or other nonconforming conditions
• Ability to wear safety glasses,hearing protection, gloves, respirators, protective clothing, and otherPPE as required by the task or work area
