Spherion Staffing is looking for Packaging Associates at a facility in Whitestown, IN! As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently repack products into boxes and properly packaging the products for shipment and distribution. Shift and Pay: 2-2-3 schedule, Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:15 AM, $18/hr.

• Remove popcorn bags from the conveyor belt and inspect for quality assurance, ensuring products meet company standards.
• Accurately pack popcorn bags into designated boxes according to specified quantities and packaging requirements.
• Seal, label, and stack boxes on pallets for storage or shipment, maintaining proper handling procedures.
• Monitor the conveyor belt for jams or disruptions and promptly report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines in the manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure efficient workflow.

5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred!

No Degree Required

0-1 years

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends as needed.
