Production Line Lead – 1st & 2nd Shift

Combined Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is looking for dependable, motivated Production Line Leads to join our manufacturing team on 1st and 2nd shift
.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with a team, keeping production moving, solving problems, and helping others succeed. Our Line Leads play an important role in daily operations by coordinating production associates, monitoring workflow, supporting quality standards, and helping ensure production goals are completed safely and efficiently.

As a Line Lead, you won't just oversee the line—you'll understand the different positions on your line and be ready to step in and support the team when needed.

• 1st Shift: 6:15 AM – 3:00 PM | $17.00–$18.36/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM | $17.00–$18.36/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium

• Lead and coordinate production associates to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor workflow and help keep production running efficiently.
• Maintain positive and professional communication with team members.
• Ensure employees follow cGMP, safety, hygiene, security, and allergen procedures.
• Work closely with Quality Control to identify and correct non-conforming product.
• Communicate production progress and equipment concerns with Supervisors and Maintenance.
• Maintain accurate shift notes, material counts, and production information.
• Monitor materials and supplies and request additional items when needed.
• Learn production equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Help maintain a clean and safe production environment.
• Be flexible and able to lead different production lines and line types.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic leadership/supervision skills.
• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Basic knowledge of required Quality Control checks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours consistently.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop new skills.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours during the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with the potential for Saturday work as production needs require.

CTI is seeking hands-on Production Line Leads for 1st and 2nd shift who can lead by example, keep production moving, support their team, and maintain our standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

CTI offers weekly pay
, hands-on leadership experience, and a $1.50/hour shift premium for 2nd shift
