As a Thermoforming Operator
, you will operate a thermoforming press to form and die-cut plastic into blisters while maintaining quality and production standards.
- Operate the thermoforming press to form and die-cut plastic into blisters.
- Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and proper specifications.
- Make adjustments to equipment as needed during production.
- Follow all company safety rules and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production and quality goals.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand and remain active for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
- Ability to follow safety and production procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Manufacturing or thermoforming experience is a plus.
