CNC Machinist (Pierceton, IN)
Adecco is hiring immediately for CNC Machinists at a local client in Pierceton, IN. CNC Machinists do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $25.00/hr, plus available overtime. In this role, you will assist with machine setup, operate CNC equipment, maintain tooling, and produce high-quality parts in accordance with quality and ISO standards.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of machining experience preferred.
- Knowledge of machining principles and manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately inspect products, materials, or components and identify defects, variations, or quality issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to regularly push/pull up to 20 lbs. and lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment with moderate to high noise levels and work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
Schedule:
2nd Shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
