Craft Mark Bakery in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Production Operator Level 5 for the Doughball Line on the mixer nights crew. This full-time position supports set up, operation of automated equipment, and packaging of finished product in a temperature-controlled environment, with a 6:00 pm–6:00 am, 2-2-3 rotation.
You will promote safety and GMP compliance, input required information into the ERP, and collaborate with the team to keep the line running smoothly.
